Also on the slot list are Max Mcpherson Amber Thornley Stewart Mcleod Ally Troon, Jovis Humph Steve Cunningham Casey Whittaker Danny Mortimer Kenny MacDonald David Burns Scott Ramsay. Our extraordinary Summer Exhibition "Beachcombing for Illusionists" will be open tomorrow, (with a musical twist) Saturday 20 May from 11am until 4pm. Everyone is welcome, entry is free. We hope this surrealist collection by local artist David Boyle, who has an uncanny knack of jolting the viewer from comforting assumptions, will motivate and inspire you. He will be attending from 3 - 4pm so do come along if you are in the area to meet him. There are a few places left to be with us for Afternoon Tea in the Spirit Safe of The Station Hotel Rothes, after the event. If you would like to join us please let us know asap. Also in the gallery and in the Spirit Safe will be local singer/songwriter Chris Grant who will give us a few tunes form his latest album "Kicked in the Stones". This soft rock/driving compilation is great to dance to and also has a few ballads thrown in. Come along and be the first to get a signed copy!

SAVE THE DATE AND SHARE THE POST PLEASE! History in the making takes place when La Caverna, Lossiemouth becomes The 1629 Cavern Club (just like Liverpool), on Thursday 20 April 2017. The doors will open at 7.30pm to this intimate, stone vaulted 17th century salt cellar for an evening of Open Mic musical entertainment. Going back over 50 years to the Swinging Sixties, this event will have a twist with everyone being encouraged to come dressed in the style of that decade and acts to play at least one tune from The Beatles or that era. All genres of music are welcome.
